Andres A. Fernandez is a shareholder and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department as well as the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Group. Mr. Fernandez has been practicing law in Florida since 1999, focusing on product liability litigation and criminal defense prior to joining the firm in 2005. Since joining the firm, Mr. Fernandez has focused his practice on counseling foreign and domestic banking clients in licensing, regulatory and transactional matters.
