Frank Fernandez | Directors

Frank Fernandez is the Chief Estimator of the Miami Business Unit of Turner Construction. His role includes oversight of all estimates and proposals that Turner Construction Company pursues in the South Florida Region. Frank oversees approximately $2 Billion per year in total construction volume that Turner Construction pursues.

Frank began his career with Turner Construction Company in 2004 as Preconstruction Manager for the Miami Business Unit focusing on all healthcare projects. In his role, Frank has been responsible for the preconstruction on all healthcare projects in South Florida. Recent projects include Jackson Memorial Hospital, South Miami Hospital, and Boca Raton Community Hospital. Prior to joining Turner, Frank served as Director of Preconstruction for a national healthcare construction firm located in Nashville, TN, working on projects located across the U.S. He has also lived and worked in Atlanta, Georgia and San Juan, Puerto Rico on variety of commercial projects that include Home Depot Headquarters, Atlanta Olympic Stadium, Philips Arena, and variety of commercial office buildings.

Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from The University of Florida.

Frank and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Palmetto Bay, Florida with their children Isabella and Marina.
